We always wondered why there was no mass participation fitness event when functional fitness is one of the largest sports in the world. This is why we created HYROX, the Global Fitness Race. Since we created this sport from scratch, we are constantly looking for seasoned Head Judges who want to help grow the sport of fitness by enforcing international movement and competition standards.

Get Involved

Do you have a strong affinity to fitness, an eye for detail and the ability to lead and motivate a team of volunteers during busy race days? If so, we want you to join the #HYSOCIETY Judging Crew. We recruit up to 30 Head Judges per event to lead and take responsibility for each of the 8 functional workout stations and ensure a smooth experience for all athletes.

Responsibilities

With 8 workout stations, each Head Judge will manage the full flow of the workout, ensuring that all athletes are using the relevant weights and performing the exercises according to the movement standards. Alongside a dedicated team of volunteers, you will help motivate, inspire, guide and judge athletes through to the end of the workout.
