The HYROX Physical Fitness Test (P’F”T) has been specifically designed to give you the perfect introduction to HYROX and measure your HYROX fitness level.

Hyrox P'F''T

Each year, HYROX visits hundreds of gyms around the world to set up our HYROX PFT and deliver a universal workout challenge to get your heart racing and muscles burning. But don’t worry, like the HYROX race, the PFT is for everybody. Find your pace and you will love it!

The PFT Workout

  • 1000m Run (outdoor or treadmill at 2% incline)
  • 50 Burpee Broad Jumps (over 90 cm)
  • 100 Stationary Lunges
  • 1000m Row
  • 30 Push Up (Hand Release)
  • 100 Wallballs (6kg male / 4 kg female)

Your Hyrox Fitness Level

The HYROX PFT provides you with a great indication for your HYROX fitness level and for which division you should sign up to.

  • 15 – 25 minutes – HYROX PRO
  • 25 – 35 minutes – HYROX Open
  • 30 – 40 minutes – HYROX Doubles
  • 35 – 45 minutes – HYROX Relay

Please note that there is no time cap nor qualifications needed for HYROX, so feel free to sign up to whatever division you feel comfortable with and we will support you to the finish line!
