HYROX was designed to create a goal and a purpose in your functional training. Whether you are an avid runner or a competitive Crossfit athlete, simply enjoy going to the gym or train at home, fitness racing will help your performance and all round health.

Fitness Racing

The combination of running & each of the 8 functional movement stations is to target various parts of the body, and each energy system. Although each HYROX race follows the same race format comprised of the same exercises, the HYROX training methodology will introduce you to various bodyweight and equipment exercises in preparation for your race and will ensure a varied, dynamic and safe training routine.

If you want to get a taste of HYROX, why not join us at one of our many HYROX PFT events where you will undertake the Physical Fitness Test (P’F”T) to provide you with a good understanding of your HYROX fitness level and what to train for.
